Wallpaper and Custom Size Options:

All sizes presented in the drop-down menu on our site refer to the width and height of the wall. Your wallpaper orders are divided into several rolls, calculated according to the width of the wall.
If there is a special size or specific description requirement, please contact us using the "Special Order Request" button. We also offer special services for large projects and bulk purchases.

Sample:

The sample consists of 3 layers: peel and stick, non-woven and textured.
Your sample will be 19 "x12" (48x30cm) and the full artwork of your choice will be printed to fit this size.
You will also be sent one A4 size sample in addition to the material you ordered. For example, if you ordered non-woven material, the other samples will be textured and peel and stick material.

Return and Cancellation Policy:

Since our products are specially produced in line with customer demands, we cannot accept returns. For products damaged during the shipping process, if you contact us by taking a photo as soon as you receive the package, we can deliver the damaged parts to you free of charge. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

Print Quality and Environmental Friendliness:

Our non-woven and textured wallpapers are of European origin and are high quality products selected exclusively for Lumos Wallpaper. Wipeable with a damp cloth, odorless and self-adhesive foil wall covering material is of US origin and offers vibrant colors with its matte surface.

The wallpapers we produce have no negative impact on human health and are ideal for office and living spaces. The papers and consumables used are 100% recyclable and environmentally friendly. Our prints use GREENGUARD-certified original HP Latex Water-Based ink, which means that they do not contain any harmful substances and are Energy Star approved for energy saving.

Important Notes:

Please remember to take your wall measurements accurately. The package includes the wallpaper of your choice; other materials required for installation are not included. Textured and non textured papers are applied with the help of glue and are not included in the box for customs reasons.

Do not apply on freshly painted walls; at least 15 days should have passed since the painting. Product images are for reference only and the colors of digitally printed or matte finish products may vary depending on the screen settings of different devices.

For successful adhesion of premium wallpaper, make sure the application surface is clean. The surface should be free of dust, oil and silicone. Non-Woven wallpaper adhesives are water-based and the wall must be moisture absorbent for ideal adhesion after application.

You can remove a fully glued wallpaper, but it cannot be reused. If the position is not correct after gluing a small piece to the wall to align the pieces during application, you can remove it and glue it again.
